    I have an issue with this plugin. On my simple personal website, it works well. I just have to buy the pro version to have the option I want.

    The thing is on the professional website, the pop up doesn’t show up.
    Any ideas.

    Hey there IT.LFT,

    Hope you’re doing well today!

    There could be multiple reasons for the Popup not showing up, such as plugin conflict, Js conflict, caching, etc.

    Most common solution is to change the loading method which you can do via:

    Popup > Settings.

    Try Page Footer 🙂
