    Can someone please explain this whole thing to me, I need a forum for my traffic exchange, I have a blog but it is not working.

    How does this wordpress thingy help webmasters and does anyone recomend it for traffic exchanges?

    Not sure what you mean by “traffic exchange.”

    WordPress is for writing things so that the world can read them. If that’s what you want to do, well, that’s what wordpress is for.
