Help! 2-WAY SYNCING not working …

    Hi, I have been testing since Yesterday both modules MC for WORDPRESS and MC USER SYncing. I followed the guidelines and set up a WebHook on our MC Account.

    When i UNsubscribe me on MC List, it does NOT unsubscribe me in our WordPress (I have “allowed” Users to manage their Sign-up from their WP account)…although when checking the MC for WP ADMIN panel, under “DIVERSE” the “TRACKS OF ADJUSTMENTS” screens shows the following infos:

    [2019-10-01 11:49:55] INFO: User Sync > Successfully updated user 414 (eric@bl****.com)
    [2019-10-01 11:49:55] INFO: User Sync > Successfully unsubscribed user 58

    So the module seems to track my actions (on Mailchimp List) but doesn’t reflect it into WORDPRESS….Why ? How to solve this ?

    @ericblooow are you using “Mailchimp for WooCommerce” or are you using a different plugin? I’m not sure of what you’re referencing in your post here 🙂

    Hey @ericblooow we’re going to close this ticket out because we’re positive the issue is with another plugin – please reach out to the other plugin’s developers to discuss this one 🙂

    Well the USER SYNC module for WordPress has been developped by the same team who developped MC4WP so it IS related

    @ericblooow please confirm that the plugin you are trying to troubleshoot is specifically “Mailchimp for WooCommerce”.

    I’m taking a guess that you’re actually using another plugin called:
    “Mailchimp for WordPress”. That’s not us. 🙂
