    I created a ticket but it was marked resolved when it wasn’t!

    We are not not able to upload imaged to the products. In our last ticket it was said that it was a permissions or storage issue and we needed to contact the host. Well we did and they said the plugin is not compatible with the new version of WordPress.

    please note that we have the latest version of WP installed.

    I am also using latest WP. So it definitely works on latest wp. With your product issue, I hjave to look what is the issue, most of the time it is permission related.
