individual pages for members

Okay so ive been using contact forms and contact form db and am tired of making individual pages for members. is there a program that i can have either create their own profile (which could get dicey because of things like typos and bad grammar not to mention bad photos). Or is their a automated program that i dont have to create any more groups and will add seamlessly to my existing routine, of adding their photo and adjusting the code and adding it to the parent.
