Help adding post excerpt shortcode inside CSS code

    I’d like to learn how to include shortcode to display post excerpts with Read More inside CSS code.

    If I add the shortcode now, it distorts the CSS and does not appear correctly.
    The post excerpts would ideally appear inside a coloured bubble/image being the textbtn

    Below is the code I currently have – created by someone else:
