HELP – cannot login to site

    … in the past i just clicked on the site… the admin side of the site ws visible/accessible to me. That is no longer the case.

    so, i went to ww.wp.xz.cn clicked on login… entered username and password… up came request for authentication code… didn’t have one… clicked anyway… received this message

    ERROR: Invalid verification code

    I now longer have an authentication code generator nor do i have the original id number….

    does this help?

    Oh T-P i forgot to mention… when i asked for authentication code to be texted to me… i upset it went to my old phone number, not my current one…

    I never experienced this “authentication” issue!

    Are you using some plugin for this “authentication” feature?

    What’s your site’s URL?

    not using any special plugin…that i know of

    authentication request comes when i go to wordpress site to login
