I was trying to figure out where to paste my adsense code on my page so I was plugging it in, looking at the page, removing it if I didn’t like it or if I couldn’t see it on the page. Well, I went a bit to far. I was on the editor page and pasted the code below the widget code. When I tried to view the page to see where the ad was placed i got the HTTP 500 message-internal server error. I can’t even get into the admin page. Please tell me ther is a way for me to fix this!

    Thank you

  • Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

Once you have access again, download a fresh copy of your theme.

I am completely and totally challenged in this area thank goodness my computer prompted me to look at the ftp files in windows explorer. I was able to find the file you told me to look for and follow your instructions. It worked!

I am most appreciative. Have a blessed evening 🙂

    Glad to have helped. 🙂
