Help! Content not displaying on localhost

HI Guys,

I havent used wordpress for over a year so a bit rusty.
I have spent the last 2 days trying to clone my site to wamp localhost. I can access my wp-admin no problem. But when i go to view my site all i get is the the header and links but none of the site links work.

i get the following message: The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

I can see the index.php is there in localhost root so why is it not seeing it?

I have changed all the links in the database from http://www.rankfresh.com to localhost/rankfresh.
