You could just create a “Checkbox” type custom field and put all your possible values in the “Input Values” field. Then you could check the box for as many different values for that custom field as you want when creating/editing a product.
Unfortunately, there’s currently no option to have AND logic for the custom fields. We’ll note this as a feature suggestion.
Hmm. When I create/edit a product I have to type the values that I want. I can’t seem to figure out a way to allow a product to contain multiple values for 1 custom field.

Here’s how you can create a custom field with checkbox options:
1) Go to Custom Fields tab
2) On the left side, you can create a new custom field.
An example of what you can enter:
Name: Stone
Type: Checkbox
Input Values: diamond, sapphire
Display?: Both
Display in Tabbed Layout?: Yes
NOTE: For the input values field, each option must be separated with commas
3) Click “Add New Field” at the bottom
4) When you edit a product, scroll down to the section where it says “Stone” (it should be just below “Next/Previous Products”). Select the checkboxes that apply to your product and click “Save Changes”
