Help … error 404 in Tags

    How long do I get in Google’s webmaster with crawl 404 not found pages.
    in my site i dont know how two tags of my site mixed an create one not found page in google webmaster.
    tags adress like good and bad
    http://www.mysite.com / tag / good
    http://www.mysite.com / tag / bad

    not foung page in google webmaster’s crawl error
    http://www.mysite.com / good / mysite.com / bad
    I do not know where this errors come from.
    please help me to fix this problem
    i search in my site map those 404 page dont exist
