Help! Fatal error

Hi, I am new to the world of blogging. I tried to activate the plug-in WP Backup. I received the following message:

Please help me. I do not know much so please talk slowly with excruciating detail. I do not understand half of what I have read. I am using hostgator as my web host if that helps at all.
