Help finding my web host

    I’m an MSP with a basic understanding of webhosting. This specific client asked me to help with the process of acquiring a new domain (completed), and switching the URL of the website listed above to the new one we acquired.

    No one has any info regarding anything Lol! It took me 2 weeks to get someone to assist with the transfer of current domain to our registrar. That finally went smoothly, but no one has any information about our web host. Everything I’ve found says SingleHop LLC, but they’re website is non-existent and my client doesn’t know who that is.

    When I log into the WordPress site it says ww.wp.xz.cn which means the site is hosted elsewhere correct?

    Your are hosted at singlehop or maybe “tmdhosting“. ww.wp.xz.cn does not host user sites.

    Maybe TMDHosting took over SingleHop? I’ll have them look into finding that account info. Thx for your help!
