Can you tell us the steps you took before the white screen occurred?
I went to the WP Dashboard and clicked on Appearance. I went to editor and from there I’m pretty sure I went to (header.php) and pasted the code at the top. After that, my page still worked but wouldn’t authorize the domain. I can’t remember exactly what I did after that but my page stopped working. I can change the theme and my page will come up, but when I put it back to Zerif-Lite it stops again.
No matter which theme I’m on I cannot update anything. The error code is:
An error occurred while updating Types: Download failed. Failed to write request to temporary file.

Do you have FTP access to your site?
I’m not sure. I am the admin.

Your hosting providers should give you a way to access the files and folders of your website. To fix this, you need to re-upload the theme’s header.php file. You can get this file again by downloading the theme and unzipping it. You need to upload the theme to the ‘/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/’ folder.
That worked! Thank you so much.
