I don’t have a video for it, no. The most frequently missed issue is that an event must have a number of tickets available entered in order to be available for sale; but I’d need more detail about where you’re having trouble to answer specifically.

If you’re selling on Pages (enabled at My Tickets > Settings > “Enable ticketing for these post types”, then you should have a checkbox on Pages to “enable ticket sales on this page”. Do you see this?
yes I saw it and i enabled on pages, what i am doing next
You’ll need to configure the values for that event; at minimum, there needs to be an event date, a number of tickets available for sale, and at least one type of ticket available for sale. If you have the box check to not show the registration form, then it won’t show up, and you’ll need to use the shortcode to display the purchase form; otherwise, it’ll show automatically.

I have another question: how to change the picture on the ticket in order to display the artist.
First, go to My Tickets > Ticketing Settings. Set the tickets image to ‘Featured image for event page’.
Then, go to the event page, and set the featured image to the image you want to have appear on the ticket.
so have have to go to event page ( which is where i want to post the event, then insert the image on the event page) after setting the ticket image to featured image to event page.
I believed I did that but I didn’t receive any notification and link to view the ticket.
I feel like everybody is confused, help me here and when I get it I will make a video to help others

Did you purchase a ticket? There’s no reason that you’d get a notification or link to the ticket if you hadn’t purchased one; I may not be following what you’re writing clearly.
yes I purchace a ticket for a test, the transaction when through paypal but

Ah, you’re on a Windows server. What version of My Tickets are you running? A fallback for money_format() was added in 1.2.3, so that shouldn’t be happening if you’re on an up to date version.
So, it looks like when I removed ‘money_format’ in my last release, I also removed the fallback for Windows servers. However, I also missed an instance of money_format; so that explains that issue.
I’ll get a new release out with this fixed.

the update works fine. I can now see “Purchase Options in Payment” but what I don’t understand is “Transaction not complete in purchase information when it displays paid through Paypal.
I still didn’t figure out how to display the event image on the ticket sold.

Do you mean I have to go on event page then insert the event image that I want on the page? if yes I did that but I didn’t get the notification including the link to view the ticket when I bought a ticket.
