Getting Parse error syntax error unexpected 'endwhile' (T_ENDWHILE)

I have been trying to work on my next and previous posts opening only in their own category and I was editing the template-tags.php and I am now getting this error on my site:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘endwhile’ (T_ENDWHILE) in on line 37

I am using the twentyfourteen theme.
Can anyone help me?

SOLVED:
I decided to go to ftp and reupload the template-tags.php again and that fixed by problem!

Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and edit the file with a plain text editor to remove what you added.

You should be able to access your site again after that.

James do you know anything about getting the next and previous posts to open in just the category that it is in? Know what I mean?

Can either of you walk me through how to log into Filezilla? I have the host as my wordpress domain, the username works, but the password does not. I am completely new to this and I have no idea what I’m doing. I just know that I crashed my website all because I was coding CSS and added an extra “.” where it wasn’t supposed to be.

Please help!! I really don’t know what else to do!
