Help – GTmetrix

Hello,

I do not have much experience in fixing these errors, I would like some help.
I have installed Avada Theme and Wp Fastest Cache, and Max CDN.
Everything works relatively well but I would like to resolve this issue in Yslow on Gtmetrix:

Make fewer HTTP requests
F (16)
  CONTENT HIGH

What’s this mean?

This page has 4 external Javascript scripts. Try combining them into one.

This page has 22 external stylesheets. Try combining them into one.

Any suggestion ?
