are you using a plugin to limit the login attempt? Chances are you are. Just deactivate that plugin in the dashboard.
Would be nice if I could talk to someone at WordPress that could fix this.

Am I missing something Tara? I can’t access anything, let alone the dashboard.
You can FTP in and disable all plugins by renaming the plugins folder. Then you can see if it allows you to log in.

If you don’t have access to your admin area, then, use FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides.
