i have installed but yet my blog makes high cpu help

It depends on the websites content, I use quick-cache instead of wp-super-cache.

If you still have high usage, the type of content can affect speed and server calls, there are plugins that will kill and slow the website down, to much flash, large images etc:

I recently had a speed problem, over 7 seconds a page, it was a membership plugin that was killing the website.

Broken linked URL’s can slow down a site, bad html, and all different things, so look at the content is it optimized?

First thing is to find any page errors, validate the website, and then find any bottlenecks, run the url through Pingdom look at where the time is going and fix any issues.
