Help–I did something stupid.

I was attempting to use the Options page to move my blog index to a different directory than my WordPress install. Unfortunately, I didn’t read this first : http://ww.wp.xz.cn/docs/installation/different-address/
It didn’t work. So, I changed the WordPress URL and the Blog URI to both be http://example.com instead of http://example.com/wordpress/.
Oh, very not good.
So, can anyone tell me where I can hand edit these files back to their original state? I no longer have an options page or anything else.
