Help installing a notification bar

    Hi All,

    I require a notification bar for the top of my website. Unfortunately, any plug-in I use just lays a notification bar across the top of the site (which obstructs the title and the menu bar).

    How can I implement a notification bar (that randomly scrolls through notifications such as “free delivery” and “10% off” etc) that sits above the navigation without obstructing the title/menu?
