Help installing plugin translation

Hello guys.
I read all the comments and saw recommendations to download the translation packages from the plugin. I actually tried to swap the .POT files in the Lang folder in various ways imaginable.
I simply could not get the translation of the plugin. I did not find any installation instructions file or anything. Probably, it was my own incapacity. I’m sorry.
I believe that if someone more experienced and with patience could help with the installation of the translations. It would be great if this were done in more detail if possible.
It will certainly help me and many other people on the forum.
