Help interpreting debug info

A little bit of a long story here so thanks for your patience. This site stopped rendering correctly in the middle of last week- In particular the whole footer is gone and some advertising that’s in a div on the home page is also missing among other things. We went through the usual wordpress trouble shooting steps. turned off all plugins which didn’t resolve the issue. And so we assumed it was a result of a an update that went wonky. We restored the site from a back up and everything was fine – except the same thing happened overnight. So then we though perhaps something got updated we didn’t understand that was breaking the site. So we updated again and prevented wordpress from doing any updates (themes, core plugins) using the disable all WordPress Updates plugin. Again the site was fine except sometime over the weekend the same issue re-appeared.

So this am i turned on debug and there are quite a few errors in the debug log. Could someone look at this and give me any idea if any of there might be real issues and what i could do about resolving them.

This is out of my scope so thanks in advance for your help
