HELP ME FIND: Marijuana Verification Plugin?

Hey guys,

I need a verification plugin of some sort. Its for medical marijuana websites…doesn’t have to specific to marijuana websites though.

Basically, I need a plugin for my client to be able to input a serial code on the back end with information about the person and have a “verification” page on the front end with the end user inputting the serial code and verifying that the serial code is actually the person they say they are.

Hope i’m explaining this thoroughly.

To explain it in more sense, the Marijuana dispensories get these card users that have serial #’s on them. These serial #’s are specific to the clinic that supplied the prescription. The Marijuna dispensory goes to the assigned website(which will be mine) and input the serial # of the card holder and they will see the card holders name and will verify that it is actually him. Now on the back end the prescriber inputs the serial # name and info of the patients in the back end for the front end user to be able to lookup.

I cant find anything on the market! i’m not sure if it even exist but I can definitely use the help of you advanced users.
