Im having the same issue but only when I tick on the ‘Optimize CSS Code’ button.
Following.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh and my website is http://rolfing.nyc. Thanks!
That’s a known issue with AO 2.0.1 on ancient versions of PHP (5.2.x or earlier) guys.
possible solutions:
* have your hoster upgrade you to a newer version of PHP (5.6 or better still 7.0), there really is no reason to be on the unsupported, slow and unsecure 5.2
* make a small change in autoptimizeStyles.php as documented in this thread
* download and install the beta of 2.0.2 which works around one specific limitation in PHP versions smaller then 5.3
* disable CSS optimization
hope this clarifies,
frank
fyi: 2.0.2, based on the current dev version, will be released shortly (today or tomorrow) with a fix for this issue as described above (and a warning on AO’s setings page if you’re on a very old PHP-version)
do test and if things don’t work any more holler now or be silent forever (well, not really, but I’d prefer to fix things before releasing to the masses).

Frank thank you for your response. I am updating to 5.3, the only option that I currently have available, and will try again.
We are will be redoing the entire site in the next couple of months, and should have the most recent php when that is complete
