Help, My wordpress is no longer loading

Pls help, i woke up to this happening to my blog, i have tried everything possible to bring it back, but nothing works,
I found out that the pemission for my index.php at my root folder is set to 0000, i tried chainging it to 0644, but it says Operation not permitted.
Pls Help. . . .
