Need help getting started

I am starting a music therapy and online instruction business, and need to build a website in WP ASAP! I am looking for someone to coach me thru the process, which may turn into a paying job as well. Please help me find someone! My site needs to function with eCommerce, affiliate marketing, Skype and buddy press.
