Help! New to wordpress

I’m pretty much new to wordpress and my html skills arn’t much to brag for. I have everything installed and I’ve edited the wp-config.php file correctly. What do I do now? I don’t know how to access the ‘Admin Panels’ or anything…I’m using geocities for my site.

I’ve tried typing in the wp-login.php url in the address bar but it just brings up a blank page
