We need to know the steps to reproduce.

This will take you to my home page, scroll down to the bell peppers..when you hover over the title and click on it it just refreshes the page also when you click on the read more it also just refreshes the page. I deactivated it and reactivated it to see if that would fix it and it did not. this is happening on both accounts and my phone and it did work correct in the beginning. I sent a reply email not realizing it was sent to (no reply)

You may have used the widget that is specific to the archive page on the regular page.
To ensure this is not in our products, please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue.
Please note that, if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes.
Also, you can get in touch with your third-party plugin author.
Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.

Thank You for your help, it ended up being the Post Grid, plug in we i deactivated and reactivated it started working right. I am not sure if it was something I did or it was a glitch but anyway thank you very much.
