Hi netspot,
Please can you post a link to your site?
Regards,
Tom
Unfortunately not. My company does not allow it.
The image is clear?
As I realized in the mega admin menu it is composed in columns but when viewed on the site is managed in rows. it’s right?
Thanks
Mariano
Hi Mariano,
I can’t say what is wrong without seeing the site, it could be any number of things.
Can you send a link through http://maxmegamenu.com/support ?
Regards,
Tom
My company does not have a Max Mega Menu Pro license.
My company bought the theme: ThemeForest-9222581-polytechinc-powerful-education-courses-events and contains the product Max Mega Menu.
I think the question I asked is quite simple.
I wanted to warn you of the problem and also make our contribution to other people who have the same problem.
I hope your own solution.
Thanks,
Mariano
Hi Mariano,
The solution is probably simple, but I need to see the code to work out what the conflict with the CSS is first. Without seeing the code I cannot tell you the fix.
Please contact me through the support form – just enter WPSUPPORT in the licence key area.
Regards,
Tom
Hi Mariano,
The bottom columns are displaying as I’d expect them to here:

Is that what you’re seeing? If not please let me know which browser you’re using.

Hi Mariano,
That’s the intended behaviour, please see:

Hi Mariano,
Afraid not sorry. How are you outputting those menus? If you’re using a shortcode in a text widget then you could also include the Column 1/2/3/4 text within the same widget.

Tom
It may be a good idea.
I try and let you know.
Thanks,
Mariano
