help on format

I am creating a site where people “vote” on whether a given residency site is hiring or not. This way residents know whether sites that do not update their status are hiring or not. I am using user-generated content to do this.
There are approx 566 sites across the nation.
I tried to use tablepress with yop poll within it, but this resulted in me entering over 2,000 individual polls. I did it, but there are mistakes all over, and I cant find them all. The whole thing is a disastrous mess.
Does any one have a better suggestion on how to make this a reality?
This is a philanthropy that I am doing to help residents.

every poll (even with the same question) is an individual entry within each block of the table. I do not have the skill to do something this complicated, so any help on how to do this simply would be amazing!
