help please

hi,

i have set up a sticky post, on my website bizfuzzy.com, which displays most read posts on my site.
Can some body help me to remove “FEATURED” being displayed above Welcome to bizfuzzy, which is sticky post.

I want to remove the latest post which is being shown below the sticky post.

Any other suggestions would be helpful
