content for members and nonmembers

Hi.I have two questions

1-I want some videos on homepage and posts pages be only visible to members.I installed wp-members but i have to put videos after “more” tag and this way also members cant see videos on homepage.Also posts are not invisible headers and “continue reading” are there.

2-I will put some posts saying non-members to register and after they register i want these posts to disappear.

How can i manage these?
