Hi,
how to know printer is connected to the internet ? I think it turns green ligh on, right? Also when I do self print it gives me Ip details so I think printer is connected to the internet.Or is their another way to check printer internet connection?

I’m still waiting for reply. In website it is mentioned that support works from 9pm -5pm but it’s very hard to get respond. thanks
@ash707 It seems like you have checked all of the correct things. I agree that if the same host has been no trouble in the past then it seems unlikely that they will be the cause of the issues this time.
The easiest way to check that your printer can make external internet connections is probably to connect it to one of Stars services. To do that, we’ll have to exchange some credentials with you, could you let me know where you are based so that I can put you in contact with the correct local office to help?
