• Hi,

I recently created a second Google Ads account due to some issues with the first one. Now, I’m trying to set up Google AdSense, but I keep getting the following error:

“You’ve already got an AdSense code on your site for this account. We recommend you use Site Kit to place the code to get the most out of AdSense. Make sure to remove the existing AdSense code to avoid conflicts with the code placed by Site Kit.”

After some research, I learned that I need to remove the existing Google Ads script from my website’s home page header. However, I’m unable to locate the file containing this code.

I’m using the “Newsmatic” theme for my site. Could someone guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Jonas

    Hi,

Sorry for the late response. Yes there is still a AdSense code in header.

It might be due to the catch. Please try to clear the catch.

Feel free to contact us at [email protected] we are more responsive there.

    Thank you
