Theme problem

Hi,
I am using the Tesseract theme with a child theme of it.

I would like to remove the top and bottom navigation bar/menu from only one page.

Could you please tell me how I can do this?

I am not totally versed on CSS so if you could be detailed in your help – ie – what code to use and where to put it (child or parent theme) – this would be great.
