There are two premium extensions, one for PayPal IPN specifically (and this includes managing expiration dates for the user subscription), and another that integrates into WooCommerce so you can sell memberships/subscriptions via that platform.

Hooks exist in the plugin for managing external processes so the plugin can be integrated with a payment gateway; but you’d need to manage that process yourself.
