Help required please

Hi,
I am in the process of putting up a new wordpress site and have decided to use WV3 Total Cache.

The only problem is that when it’s enabled the website search widget on the site menu bar doesn’t work and the contact form also fails to work. I have tried with the minify settings to manual and also not but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone please help!
