help scale image

Hi, I’m trying to scale the images in the homepage using a transform. However I would like the image to scale but not exceding the padding of the box. For example, if you go here and hover on the large image on the right you will see that is scaling over the padding of the white box. How can I constrain it to scale but staying behind the padding?
