Help: Scroll Box with Recent Posts for Tags

    I was look if the was a plugin, code or anyway i could have a scrollable box which showed the latest posts for a particular tag.

    I would want it to be possible on a static page, and more than one on the page.

    To give a better idea of what I want, here’s a very quick, rough, sketch
