Help! Serious Problem with Pending

    Good afternoon!

    We at museubajuba.org have purchased the Pro version of the plugin.

    We are experiencing a problem whose nature we cannot understand, but it is a serious issue.

    Pending items for approval do not appear to be reviewed and approved. When we go to the place where the pending items are supposed to be listed, it only shows a message saying there are none, as shown in the attachment.

    You can check what I mean in the attached image.

    What do you think could be the cause?
