HELP: Sidebar appearing centered…

hey i am not very good at designing my own templates so i pretty much modified one i downloaded…. anyway the sidebar on it sucked so i added a sidebar from another template…. but it is appearing below my articles centered in the window, how can i move it to the right underneath what is already there….
