Help topic not working – CF7

    I’ve set up a CF7 form and it works but no matter what I try, I can’t get the help topic to change.

    I’ve tried a text field as shown in the example and typed exactly the same help topic that exists in osticket, didn’t work. I also tried a drop down menu, that didn’t work either.

    Not sure what else to try, any suggestions?
