Thanks for your suggestions,
We already have checked as your introduction and find out the reason, it conficts with w3 total cache plugin. It is now working but there are something that I think that you should continue upgrading it such as:
- Agent Roles: When you add a new role to an agent. Agent have both admin role and new role, agent has permissions more than admin??? I think it is incorrect
- When add new agent, why I can not remove ? it exists forever? incorrect
So I have to disable the “agent role” setting

Kindly ignore my last reply. Regarding the Agent role concern, we already have the option to create a new role in the agent settings, which can be found in the main settings of the plugin. This allows you to easily define a new role and specify its capabilities. While you can edit or remove agent users, it’s not possible to delete the default administrator user. Therefore, you can create a new role called ‘Supervisor’ and grant it all the administrator capabilities. This will enable you to create, edit, and delete users as needed.
