HELP: Using query string URL

Hello everyone,

We need to develop this section for a website: https://prnt.sc/ys-WqlXRwzdu
It consists of 2 fields (keywords: input fields, location: a drop-down list) which, once the user clicks on Search, redirect to the list of corresponding jobs.

To do this, we’d like to use the query string url: http://myurl/jobs/?search_keyword=MYKEYWORD&search_location=LOCATIONSELECTED.

Do you have any idea how we can achieve this?
