Help w/ Google drive

I cannot figure out how to Store database backup on Google drive. Are the directions on your site out of date? I cannot replicate the steps you show there https://www.wpseeds.com/documentation/docs/wp-database-backup/destination/store-database-backup-on-google-drive/
I do not see Client ID or Client Secret options in the Google API Console
