Help with a purchase

I would like to get non-profit pricing so I can present to a finance committee the need for two upgrades. I need Jetpack Social that allows re-posting to social media when a blog post is updated, as well as Jetpack boost to auto load critical css. Over time as more features are needed, approval is gained from the finance committee, I plan to intro more Jetpack features over time.

A constructive feedback item I would like to add is, I am not a paid customer yet but plan to be and the inability to contact a sales rep doesn’t seem in line with promoting sales. You should always promote sales, not hinder making that process easy.
