Help with backend

Hi, I’v got 2 CPTs (“Brewery” with just title+logo fields and “Beer” with title+relationship field “brewery”). What I need is enable client to pick from list of Brewery, then one beer from filtered beers list (by selected brewery) somewhere at backend and this one record (Brewery + Beer) display to frontend (I’ll be displaying with Elementor Pro).

So, my question is: What is the best solution for this ?
Is the right way to create 3rd CPT (call “Beer on tap” for example) and use some kind of form for select record if it is possible with ACF ? (and if so, how can I do it ?)
Or am I totally wrong and there is some better solution for this ?
