Hi, It works like this:
- create a flipbook category, for example “c2”
- assign flipbook to flipbook category and update the flipbook
- use flipbook category shortcode, e.g. [real3dflipbook category=’c2′]
Please check if the flipbook itself works, edit flipbook and click Permalink, it will open the flipbook post. If the flipbook is not loading, then the problem is that flipbook does not have pages (PDF or images).
Hi @zlac thanks for the explanation. So yes, I have already done exactly that, I tested the flipbook that’s in the category and it’s working properly, but still the category shortcode won’t load. I’ve added the flipbook shortcode to the top of the page with the category shortcode below it so you can see:

You can see at the top the flipbook loads, but the category just spins. Here’s what the page looks like with the shortcodes:

It does look like there’s an error in the console, but not sure it’s the cause of the problem:
Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'width' of 'undefined' as it is undefined.
at n (flipbook.min.js?ver=4.11.2:1:29183)
at Object.initJpg (flipbook.min.js?ver=4.11.2:1:29278)
Can you think of any other reason the category shortcode isn’t working as expected? Can you share a link to a page where the category shortcode is working properly somewhere, for reference?
