Help with css

Hi please could I have some help with css coding.

I would like to make this code – [gdoc key=”https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14gNQqA-9wEwOQsg5qh1iSOev9DsnG4NonDhc88sLVx4/edit?usp=sharing” use_cache=”no”] have the rows going between blue and red with a medium-dark grey text, and has none of the search bars or buttons. Please could you do this as I can’t use css coding.
